Design-trained. Strategy-driven. Building with AI. I’m Monic, a senior project manager and UX strategist with a design foundation, specialized in turning AI-integrated ideas into scalable, user-centered products.
I’ve helped build AI-powered photo and video editing tools and AI-driven skincare solutions for brand use by transforming complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, design systems, and scalable user experiences. I work across disciplines to turn abstract ideas into actionable roadmaps. I bring structure to chaos and connect the right people to get things done with empathy, clarity, and a bias for execution.
I used to tell AI what to do, now I’m learning analytics in case it talks me back. I believe that when design begins with empathy and technology is built on intention, AI becomes less of a threat and more of a thoughtful companion in everyday life.
What I’m currently iterating on
I’m exploring how AI communicates not just what it says, but how it listens, reframes, and adapts through interaction. My focus is on emotional logic: how interface rhythm and tone influence user trust, cognitive clarity, and emotional response. This inquiry is shaping Mirror, a tone-engine prototype rooted in real-world dialogue, designed to investigate how humans construct meaning and reconnect with themselves through reflection.
